Bing Bang Gone

Chandler Bing is gone with his alter ego "Mattman", a.k.a., Matthew Perry, found dead in his hot tub at his home in Pacific Palisades on October 28, 2023 as Friends are awaiting toxicology reports to see what could have caused the untimely death of Mattman.

Mattman has had a Batman obsession forever which some say was a copy of Jerry Seinfeld's character on his hit show that was the inspiration for "Friends", a young version of "Seinfeld" and Jerry had a Superman obsession. 

In the days leading up to Mattman's demise, he was posting a lot of Batman iconography on his Instagram Show and again referred to his alter as Mattman not to be confused with the famous Beth-Man before she received her Damehood. 

Mattman mentioned Batman in the last line of his memoirs and had an obsession with the character even saying how he purchased a penthouse like the one Christian Bale had as Batman in "The Dark Knight". Mattman has since had a reversal of fortune and sold that penthouse that was filled with stupid Batman toys.

Sources report that the actor’s “Mattman” posts stemmed from an idea he was working on for a series by that same name. Matthew had also signed onto a new drama called "Unworthy" that was stalled due to the pandemic, but was struggling to find financing. 

Here's some images from his Instagram Show showing how he was Mattman with the October 23rd jacuzzi photo being his last one before he was found dead in it on the 28th. Supposedly he went to his country club earlier that day, came back home and sent his assistant on an errand and when the assistant came back, Mattman was floating face down in the hot tub. Like Robin the Boy Wonder, the assistant tried to get the deadweight out of the drowning pool after phoning for emergency crews to save him but he was already bat bait.
