Why? Because Howard's former longtime friend and frequent Stern radio show guest is snubbing him and doing a longform interview with who? Megyn Kelly of the SiriusXM Triumph Channel 111.

YES, the big time billionaire and former US President and former Stern celebrity friend, the one and only Donald J. Trump is SNUBBING Stern and doing Megyn Kelly.

Why do you think Howard is suddenly going nuts and obsessing over interviewing musical guests? Well, aside from the fact he is never getting a third channel on Sirius dedicated to music like Andy Cohen has, but because politics are snubbing Stern so he's turned his attention to bugging music stars. High profile politicians know it does nothing for their campaign to appear on the stale Stern satellite radio show and it's just an exercise in frustration putting up with his dumb interview questions while crowbarring his rarely vertical wife Beth into the conversations and the guest has it planned that they suddenly need to bolt outta there and has an assistant ready to save them from Stern. 

Many guests have done this like a few years back with the Robert Plant interview. He was scheduled to do a Sirius Town Hall and got stuck with Stern the same day. Howard tried to delay him and Plant bolted out of the Stern studio after an assistant gave him a million hand signals to get out now or forever hold your peace and have to be carted out to be free from Stern.

Megyn got Stuck with Beth Stern for Halloween 2017

Beth horned in on the Megyn Kelly Show for a Halloween special and barked orders at staff about not putting Halloween costumes on dogs' heads.

Months later, Megyn's little hour-long show was canceled by The Today Show
reportedly after Megyn had a fit over getting stuck with having to do a fluff piece
for Howard Stern to get his wife on television.

Beth's Big Brooke Show

As reported last Wednesday on the Beth Fan Page, Beth stated on Howard's satellite radio show that she would be attending Brooke Shield's show at The Carlyle and Beth did not disappoint with her joker red lipstick and new straight blonde wig.

Beth was busy being snubbed by New York Fashion Week this week yet
hoofed it to the opening of Brooke Shield's show at the Café Carlyle.
It's pretty sad when you're down to a Brooke Shields revue just to have 
someplace to go and pose for selfies.

Yes, folks, apparently Brooke had an out of town tryout for her stage performance
that opened tonight at the Café Carlyle. Gee, I hope I can get a ticket, hahahahaha.
