Brave

Got event tickets? Hey, why not sacrifice an animal before you go? Then you can put on a brave front and gain sympathy and everyone will pat you on the back for being a trouper for attending your big event so you can get that publicity you crave when you're just a big phony using animals to gain sympathy when you are really laughing all the way to your emotional bank that's about to implode. Well, uh, that seems to be the big publicity stunts coming from the peanut brains of Howard and Beth Stern who are obviously out of ideas on how to get famous. They seem to have been pulling this stunt since 2012 when Howard started his job with NBC's "America's Got Talent" (AGT) and he wanted to steal a few headlines and gain sympathy from his listener on his stale satellite radio show and try and boost the ratings he was tanking on AGT. It also boosts donations to their foundation they set up when their dog Bianca died in 2012 and the foundation set up in 2013 called Bianca's Furry Friends. It helps when pets keep dying just when the Sterns' are making a public appearance somewhere.

Okay, let's attempt a time line of the Sterns' pet death schedule:

July 17, 2012: Bianca the dog dies we think on July 17 since it's hard to pin down the exact day and no cause of death was given. Howard got a ton of free press out of that sudden death of their bulldog with his crying on his satellite radio show and he had already begun his first season with AGT. Howard started the ball rolling with the Sterns' putting on a brave front, the show must go on bullshit in spite of all their dead pets blocking their path to a red carpet or other public appearance.

December 2015: "Yoda Gets a Buddy" book tour - Wonky the feral cat found dead on the grounds of Stalag Beth in the Hamptons. Beth fails to mention an exact date of when she found the body, but she was in NYC for a book signing and came back to the Hamptons at some point and found the dead cat in the bushes.

On or about December 23, 2015: Apple the cat is dead. Beth barely mentioned this until weeks later since she was on her second Yoda the Cat book tour "Yoda Gets a Buddy".

June 2016: Suddenly the Sterns decide to get matching tattoos in honor of dead Apple just when Simon Cowell announced on AGT he was awarding the Golden Buzzer to a singer who was a cancer survivor. This is the sick minds of the Sterns'. They ignore a cat for six months, barely telling anyone it had died in the first place, then try and insert themselves in a publicity ploy to appear likable to their cat club crazies who have no clue who they are anyway.

August 12, 2017: Charlie Boy [aka Charlie Chunk], death by lethal injection with Beth racing to her Social Life magazine cover party the same day.

April 7, 2018: Sophia the cat, death by lethal injection at their home in the Hamptons while they scramble to get dressed to leave for NYC to see "Rocktopia" on Broadway.

September 12, 2018: Leon Bear did not survive after surgery, that same date, Beth attended a pre-concert cocktail party at Carnegie Hall for the Good Plus Foundation and performance by Jerry Seinfeld, et al.

Aside from all that, Beth must suffer from what's called "lying" since she has no clue when her cat Sophia died. She thinks it died on April 9 according to her September NSAL blog when that's the date Howard talked about it on his stale satellite radio show, not when the cat died. Sophia died by lethal injection on April 7.

Beth thinks Sophia the cat died 8 months after Charlie Chunk died when Howard said it was only 6 months. I guess someone suffers from a poor memory when other people think Howard and Beth just suffer from bullshitting their way through this cat charity gimmick. Neither of them could care less about these cats. They are housed in their own room at Stalag Beth in the Hamptons and are only let out for meals and photo shoots. The foster cats are kept in a separate room and shuttled between properties before dumping them onto real foster homes or idiots who just want a photo with Beth's banana head and then those cats are dumped back into the animal foster care system [if they're lucky].

We really don't know what cats are next on death row at Stalag Beth in the Hamptons. It depends on what red carpet event Beth has coming up and she needs to put on a phony brave front pretending she is such a trouper and only cares about fulfilling her duty as a red carpet cockroach. It hardly matters if Beth or Howard Stern show up anywhere, but if Howard has freebie corporate tix to a Broadway show, he loves that free publicity that his cat just died and he showed up anyway to cheer on a "friend" [like Pat Monahan in Rocktopia], when the Sterns only use this stuff to appear like they give a damn about anything or anyone but themselves. Give me a break, the Sterns are fame hounds and nothing more and are desperate for donations to their foundation Bianca's Furry Friends. Their brains are really not that complicated and they don't crowd it with feelings or emotions, it's their single minded fame quest that is all they care about. So good luck Sirius, good luck Stephen Talkhouse, good luck NSAL, good luck Hallmark Channel, you will never be free from the STERNS. You are stuck with them to infinity and beyond.

  1. Howard and Beth are a BS match made in heaven. Beth marked the passing of her cat Leon with a quote from “Steel Magnolias” and a photo of herself on a red carpet. Give me a break.
