Yes, you read it here first that Carrie's fans were miffed that she would stoop so low as to appear on the lowbrow show of the Shock Jock Howard Stern, with one fan saying the interview was not that bad.
Of course she only agreed to bow to Stern because she now has a Country Music Channel on Sirius and Howard has been badgering his Sirius boss Jennifer Witz for his own third channel which would be solely dedicated to music and music specials, with those specials being aired on his existing Channel 101 at random times when he is on vacation and not producing any new material so they have space to rerun his old music specials. But Howard went into orbit when the Savior of Sirius Andy Cohen got his own dedicated music channel called the Kiki Lounge and Howard's been caw caw ever since crowing to Boss Witz to get him his own music channel all to no avail.
Beth Stern Sirius Miami Plus-One Sighting
Beth finally managed to appear on video on her husband Howard Stern's satellite radio show in Miami since she has not appeared on camera on his show since her two appearances in 2020 and ever since then she's been audio only, but she did make it on camera this time but only when walking into the studio where Gary Dell'Abate [Howard's long-time producer] points to the giant CHAIR that Beth will sit in while Howard interviewed Jon Bon Jovi and his wife on the love seat and on camera, of course. Beth was pushed off to one side and never appeared on camera on the clips uploaded to the Stern YouTube Channel, at least not as of this writing.
As stated on yesterday's blog entry, Beth only got to horn in as a plus-one to Jon and his wife, otherwise, she could not have gotten on the show and be a guest. That's why this was billed as a surprise guest appearance on the Stern show by Bon Jovi because yesterday, May 2, he was only billed to be a guest on Andy Cohen's show at the Miami studios.
Howard hijacked Bon Jovi and made sure his wife was there as a friend of Beth - Beth being the plus-one because Sirius would never agree to have Beth on by herself, she has nothing to promote and Howard would have to pay for it or get a sponsor. This whole stunt made Jon late for Andy Cohen's interview as blogged about on May 2. Beth posted a selfie from the couch with Howard inside the Sirius Miami Studio, but no video yet has emerged of Beth actually being interviewed by Howard along with Jon and his wife.
