Beth's only gotten one stale appearance on a Hamptons public sidewalk in front of the Jennifer Miller jewelry store to pose with a pet portrait painter and that was it. She got that stellar gig in 2021 and repeated it again this summer and that's it for the Summer of Beth.
The tally for the summer, as blogged about already in prior blog entries, is summarized as follows:
- Beth's former BFF Katie Lee Biegel gets a Hallmark movie deal just when Beth gets canned from the network.
- Beth turns her fake age of 50 which is so old anyway why continue to lie about it.
- Beth gets her one stale appearance on a Hamptons public street getting photographed with a pet portrait painter.
- Beth's cat Grogu dies of a heart attack.
- Beth almost dies of a heart attack when her calendar for the North Shore Animal League (NSAL) was slashed by 50 percent due to dismal pre-sale orders.
- Beth stomps on a bee yet it's her left foot that points inward and she's fallen on it before and has had it bandaged before so everyone thinks she faked a bee sting because she fell again.
Now with Howard, his summer tally is as follows:
- For a second summer in a row, Howard's boss Jennifer Witz battles the radio bore to get him to take the entire summer off and even called it a "hiatus" to fool the dejected DJ into thinking he has a real TV show with real seasons when they normally take three months off and air reruns or specials or have guest hosts like Jimmy Kimmel had since his network is trying to fire that freak too. But, Howard battles it out again and Witz only gets to shelve Stern for only two months like last summer, in July and August.
- Ben Stern finally kicks the can yet Howard refuses to provide an actual death date which is not surprising because Howard would have had people stalking him to try and get a glimpse of the disappearing DJ at the funeral home or at the family plot where they plot who will go next and try and get a gander at the will. But, Howard doesn't want anyone seeing that he is now frail, thin, and barely able to hobble around without his walking stick like he admitted to using several years ago as exclusively blogged about on this famous blog.
As exclusively blogged about consistently on this famous blog, once the Covid invasion hit, the only win was that Howard's boss Jennifer Witz sequestered Stern to his Hamptons home permanently. He is now in his bargain basement radio bunker and only barely comes upstairs to chat with his wife Beth on rare occasions and Beth tries to capture the frail fractured has-been on videotape but mostly Howard just does voiceover work on Beth's videos and she uploads them to her Instagram Show.
Beth's Last Bid at Summer Stardom
Pre-Covid Invasion of 2020, Beth was barging into countless Hamptons events and Howard was always able to pay for a cover feature, especially for Social Life magazine, but she's been snubbed big time. Once Howard took a dive into his basement, everyone noticed that Beth disappeared too. Howard always has to pay someone to take Beth and take her picture and most times, Howard would be waiting outside the red carpet event in a limo or outside of some society function so Beth would be allowed inside. Or sometimes, for the Cinema Society screenings, Howard would walk the red carpet to get Beth inside the event and then he'd leave.
For a second season in a row, Beth's been completely shut out of all Hamptons events and failed to get on any of the Hamptons society magazines, she tried passing off a photo of herself from July 2014, then reprinted it on Instagram in April 2016, and now reprinting it on Instagram in September 2022 claiming it's current when it's not.
How many more times will we see this same stale old photo?
Notice Beth said Howard took the photo. Well, it's from 2014 when
Howard was still taking her picture to save on expenses of hiring
a real photographer for those stale society magazine features.
So, yeah, this photo is not current so obviously Howard would not have
taken the photo. He quit taking her picture about three years ago and
just recycles old ones and pretends they're current.
