TMZ reported on the contents of Kate's note that she left on [her] bed at the scene of her selfie crime which read, "Bea - I have always loved you. This is not your fault. Ask Daddy!".

TMZ had also reported that Andy, her husband, was home at the time she "died" which is odd wording. It implies Andy was there throughout her whole suicide ordeal until she died or did he arrive when she died? We have yet to hear the time of death but reports stated that Kate was already cold to the touch and we could assume her body was in rigor mortis. Yet now the story has changed. Some say Kate hung herself from her closet door in some bedroom and apparently, Andy was at his own rental apartment several blocks away from Kate's apartment since they had been separated for about 10 months. In retrospect, it seems the note could have been left at any time and in a completely different context. Did someone save this note for future use? Was it really left on her daughter's bed months prior in relation to a completely different issue? Did a little mouse tuck it away for future use? Inquiring minds want to know. OH but wait, we've got Page Six to the rescue to prove it was a suicide note. Really? It could be any note left in reference to any issue and the note is not dated, right?

"A suicide note Kate left instructed the couple’s 13-year-old daughter Frances Beatrix Spade: “This has nothing to do with you. Don’t feel guilty. Ask your dad,” police sources told The Post."'

In the body bag photos of Kate when she was wheeled out of her swank little digs, the body looked outstretched, not scrunched up like she was in rigor mortis and in a bundle on the floor with her neck tied to a doorknob. However, if she strung herself up as in this artist's rendering, then her body could have been frozen in this position:
Frances Valentine [Kate's new company] is allegedly moving forward with new designs to turn the Kate tragedy into a marketing bonanza yet some are not really sure this is wise. Maybe we should ask Daddy!
Andy is a busy BEA around town since the death of his wife:
Howard hopes for a Bea of his own this summer from Beth the woman who fosters felines since she is an unemployable pariah as we can't wait to watch Beth not hold a glass of booze in her hand this summer like last summer in the Hamptons.

This is one of the reasons why Super Saturday is being moved out of the Hamptons beginning Fall 2018. |
Everyone knows that Howard Stern is a super photographer that loves to photograph his wife Beth while Beth receives zero offers from real photographers to take her picture for any magazine layouts unless it's for Sink or Swim Fish Mongers Magazine. Andy Spade fancies himself a super photographer like Howard and his IG account is filled with disturbing images. He loves the janitor cleaning closets, mops, buckets, and garden hoses and inserts a few images of his darling BEA.
Andy's recent book is called "Likes" and features two different covers but contain the same horrible images.

Ask Dad? Did Kate Spade write that too? |
I was soaring ever higher, but I flew too high.
