On today's stale Howard Stern satellite radio show, he brought up the fashion designer John Varvatos and Howard played dumb about not knowing what's going on with the flailing fashion designer's company when it's common knowledge  the company filed for Chapter 11 in May 2020 and has since been bought out by a company already partnered with Varvatos.

Howard's always plugged John Varvatos when he was a judge on NBC's "America's Got Talent" and wanted a ton of free stuff from the guy and many are saying all those freebies cost the company a lot of money with no payback since no one hires a 60+ out of shape radio DJ who sits on his ass for a living to model fashion and expect to attract young buyers. It won't work and it didn't so it went bankrupt. But, now John's back in action and Howard wants more free stuff from the guy. John did try and push the aged rock star image but who wants to look like an old rock star? No one, and the look for most rock stars is a t-shirt and jeans so enter Beth where she hopes to corner that market by selling chintzy shirts made in China with her cats' faces on them that look like something from a wet market. It's horrible.

Beth's Annual Cash Grab Update

Beth is back with the Zoom fundraising for the charity that pays her a salary as their useless spokesperson, the North Shore Animal League (NSAL). They have fundraisers so rich donors can donate to pay all the top salaries of the people working for NSAL which includes Beth's salary. No word on how much Howard gives to this charity but as blogged about, he donated an enormous photo of himself of a cover he did for Rolling Stone magazine as if he's some big time celebrity when he's just a stale aged DJ on a burnt out satellite dish. The enormous photos of Howard and Billy Joel, who donated some ticket sales, appear on the second floor of NSAL at their giant overblown cat adoption center when cats don't need a ton of space when the point is to get them adopted, not have them stay at NSAL getting comfortable.
