Beth Fan Page (BFP): Stern Baits Bezos

Howard Stern loved that little press item from yesterday's Page Six as reported on this blog dated April 22, 2024, about Jeff Bezos allegedly purchasing his Florida home for $300 million when Howard said on his satellite radio show today that he would accept the offer if more zeroes were added.

As also posted on yesterday's blog entry, in 2021 a Page Six reporter estimated Stern's real estate portfolio was valued at about $110 million and of course it would be worth more in real terms. But, if his Florida house is supposedly worth about 300 million dollars, then Stern's cut would be about 100 million dollars doled out evenly to investors. He reportedly paid 52 million dollars in 2013 so that amount would make sense after about 10 years of ownership.

Howard was desperate to brag about entertaining Bezos at his Florida Folly Flophouse yet didn't know how to introduce it and brag about it on his radio show so he found a loophole via a rumor he made up and to send out that Bat Signal to passersby that a mogul is interested in the house and to get any hesitant buyers off their duff and put in a bid. But as this blogger has reported based on Beth's own Instagram show, that place is overrrun with reptiles breeding on the grounds, around the pool area, and Beth is rarely outdoors now having to discontinue her porch fashion shows as reported by this blogger.

Beth then started her indoor cat closet fashion shows so she could shut and lock the door in case any little Godzillas break into the house and that would be her safe room with any cats she could save before they are snapped up by those reptiles. The whole house is a nightmare.

But as reported by this blogger since 2020, Howard's been trying to liquidate his properties, especially trying to unload that Hamptons Hellnest but is getting lowballed. Well, he states how he has done no renovations, he stated on the air it has an ant problem, not just the aunts problem as in Beth's aunts who are haunting the place just like in Florida.

So, yeah, Howard's got to liquidate these loser properties because he has no extra income since getting the boot from NBC's "America's Got Talent" and no one is taking up his loser contract anymore. He is weird in front of TV cameras and always needs a script and can't ad lib if his stagnate life depended on it.

Beth Models her Florida Cat Closet to Bait Bezos

Beth continues with the selfie Florida cat closet fashion shows because this is all she's got. She is getting nowhere near New York Fashion week or the upcoming Met Gala in New York so is now modeling her cat closet changing her outfits looking like a cake with its frosting melted off. So this is what potential buyers are faced with, Beth in her closet taking selfies because she's terrified if one of those reptiles meanders indoors and snacks on her feral felines while potential buyers roam around with a map of the place looking for an escape route.
